Bulk Mail

Bulk mail is most easily defined as large quantities of mail delivered at reduced postage rates.  The USPS uses the terms bulk and presorted interchangeably.  By using our services here at C.M.S., our customers save money by allowing us to do some of the work normally handled by the post office.  The less work for the USPS, the more money you save.   

At C.M.S, we CASS certify, NCOA,  and standardize all addresses.  All non DPV records (meaning those with an invalid zip+4) are dropped or flagged.  Files are run through merge purge to drop out duplicate names and addresses are then presorted with our software to ensure the highest level of discount for our customers.
