
C.M.S. telemarketing training classes are designed to improve the skills, work ethic and overall performance of your sales force. Our sales coaches are experienced in selling products that require an intense sales presentation, and working in environments that demand results. Our coaches have sold a multitude of products on the telephone and have trained hundreds of salespeople to become successful closers. C.M.S. has a training manual that will be used as a guide for the sales coach to train, motivate and enhance the ability of each student in the class. Each student will receive a copy of the training manual and attend the goal-setting workshop.
This course will teach your sales force to:
1. Have a positive selling attitude
2. Have all trainees complete the goal-setting workshop
3. Coach each trainee through practice calls
4. Award those qualified with a certificate of achievement upon completion
Our goal at C.M.S. is to improve the sales performance of each trainee. Step-by-step, our sales coaches will cover every aspect of the art of telemarketing. At the completion of our course, each trainee will be challenged to practice their skills by pitching your product or service to the coach.

One On One Training Available

In certain scenarios it might be advantageous for your company to focus on training students individually rather than in a group. It has been proven that training a salesperson one-on-one is more effective than in a classroom setting. If you have a vested interest in an individual’s success, we recommend having a sales coach work independently with them.
